KEEPS Construction Division plays a vital role in Somaliland’s physical development by focusing on civil engineering, water infrastructure, and sustainable land and Watershed management. Operating under a distinct construction license (No. 882) granted by the Ministry of Public Works, Land, and Housing, this division sustains the same level of quality, innovation, and accountability that defines KEEPS.
The division specializes in building essential infrastructure in rural and peri-urban communities, particularly in areas prone to drought, erosion, and land degradation. It addresses the root causes of water scarcity and land misuse by introducing adaptive, environmentally-friendly, and community-centered engineering solutions.
This division is supported by a highly qualified team of engineers, hydrologists, geologists, and project managers. The division also owns and operates a modern fleet of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, Wheel loader,Rollers,Dumptrucks,Water truck, low beds ,graders, and water pumps, which allows it to deliver high-impact projects on time and at scale.
